Payment
The full amount will be paid at the time of booking. If you wish to extend your reservation, the corresponding amount must be paid before the first day of the extension.
Cancellation
If the cancellation or withdrawal is made less than 24 hours after confirmation of the reservation, the full amount will be refunded. After this period, refunds will not be possible.
Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is two days, with check-in time at 12:00 and check-out at 16:00.
Cleaning
Although we offer a cleaning service, the apartment must be left clean and tidy. Any damage caused during your stay must be reported.
Living in the same building as the apartment, there are neighbors who do not wish to be disturbed. Please do not cause any disturbance and respect their opening hours. Aizarotz is a very quiet town; enjoy it while respecting others. If you visit us with a dog, make sure it doesn’t bark constantly.
